Do I need a consultation first?
For straightforward registrations and filings, you can start online. If your circumstances need extra advice or fall outside the service, we’ll explain the next steps before proceeding.
Are Companies House fees included?
They are displayed separately from our service fee. Your request summary shows the total. For confirmation statements, the statutory fee depends on whether it is due in the company’s payment period.
What information will you need?
The initial form asks for contact details and information relevant to your service. We arrange any identity documents, authorisations or sensitive tax details securely afterwards. Please do not enter passwords or identity documents in the notes.
When will my filing be completed?
We review your information first and confirm the next steps. Completion depends on receiving the required information, eligibility checks and HMRC or Companies House processing.
Can I request a virtual office?
Yes. Choose Virtual Office – Digital at £149 per year or Virtual Office – Mail Forwarding at £199 per year, with postage charged separately. Both include a registered office, one director address and business correspondence with mail scanning.
How are address services charged?
Address services are priced for one year and paid upfront when checkout is available. Additional directors and trading names have separate annual fees. No automatic renewal is set up through this checkout.
How do forwarding and collection work?
Standalone mail forwarding costs postage plus £1 per item. Forwarding handling is included in the £199 package, with postage charged separately. Mail collection is included under fair use where available, by confirmed arrangement.
Is payment available now?
Card payments use Stripe. If checkout has not yet been enabled, you can save your request without paying. No request is marked paid until payment is verified.
